Chai tea blends tradition, warmth, and rich aromatics, beginning with a base of Organic China Black F.O.P. tea—Flowery Orange Pekoe, a high-quality whole-leaf grade made from the first two leaves and the bud of the shoot, known for its fine, tender young leaves and golden-tipped buds harvested during slow growth periods. This refined tea joins robust Organic Assam tea to create a deep, full-bodied foundation for the spices that define chai’s signature character. Organic cinnamon brings gentle sweetness, while organic cardamom seed adds a bright, floral lift. Organic cloves contribute a comforting, resinous warmth, balanced by the lively heat of organic ginger root and organic black pepper. Together, these ingredients create a fragrant, harmonious cup that is both soothing and invigorating.

Organic China Black F.O.P. tea, organic cinnamon, organic Assam tea, organic cardamom seed, organic cloves, organic ginger root and organic black pepper.
Flowery Orange Pekoe (F.O.P.) refers to a high quality whole leaf tea with a long leaf and good balance of tips. FOP contains fine, tender young leaves with buds (referred to as tips) and is made from the first two leaves and bud of the shoot. When harvested during the slow growth periods, these young buds have a golden tip, hence the grade 'Flowery', thus making it Flowery Orange Pekoe (FOP).
Serving Size
Pour 8 oz of boiling water (212° F) over 1 tsp. of tea. Steep 4-5 minutes. Add 2 oz of hot milk (or dairy substitute), and sweeten with honey or sugar to taste.
